green-dream mocktail

one of the more unique mocktails i’ve made - using in season fruits and veggies with properties to enhance your gut health.

ingredients//

1/2 kiwi

1 cucumber

bunch of mint

2oz lime

1 oz honey syrup (honey + hot water)

sparkling water


method//

blend 1/2 cucumber, mint, lime juice and honey syrup together with water until smooth. add kiwi to bottom of your glasses and muddle. garnish the glass with thinly sliced cucumber and strain in blended mixture on top. top off with sparkling water, mix and enjoy!
