ingredients// serves 2
1 knob ginger
1 oz maple syrup
2 oz lime juice
4 oz apple cider
ginger beer or ginger kombucha
ice
apple + lime, to garnish
method//
muddle ginger + maple syrup. add lime juice + apple cider + ice. shake for 30 seconds. add mix to 2 chilled glasses and fill to the top with ginger beer/booch. garnish with apple + lime! enjoy!
