sweet potato sliders

a sweet and salty appetizer that is a staple around here during this time of year. they’re easy to make and deliciously sweet/salty.


1-2 sweet potatoes

goat cheese (garlic + herb is best)

dried cranberries

raw pecans, chopped

fresh mint, chopped

salt + avocado oil



preheat oven to 375. slice sweet potato into medallions and drizzle both sides with oil + salt. place in the oven until just cooked through and slightly brown on top, around 20-30 minutes. let them cool for a few and then add cheese, nuts, cranberries + fresh mint. add more salt, drizzle some honey and enjoy immediately!
