Ham, Pear, Endive and Focaccia Sandwich
one of the more random flavor combinations i've made on a sandwich - and trust. it's amazing.
toast your foccacia with olive oil on a cast iron pan - this keeps the inside toasty and the outside soft. add mayo to each side. one one side, add mayo, ham, pear and dill. on another side, add mayo, endive and tonsss of shredded manchengo. i made another one later in the afternoon and added some more olive oil, salt and pepper on top of the endive.
