fig jam, marinated arugula, brie cheese, crispy prosciutto, and a shaved walnut all piled onto a baguette. IT’S SO GOOD.
arugula (olive oil, lemon juice, salt/pepper, orange zest)
1-2 walnuts, shaved
crisp your prosciutto in the oven or air fryer. massage arugula with olive oil, lemon juice and orange zest. add butter to the inside of one of your slices of baguette and crisp up on a pan. flip over and cover in fig jam and top with brie cheese. cover your pan for about 5 minutes to let the cheese get melty. then, add prosciutto on top of the cheese. on your other slice of bread, add arugula. put sandwich together and enjoyyyy.
