bread (french or sourdough)

heirloom tomatoes

mozzarella cheese

fresh basil, chopped

extra virgin olive oil

salt/pepper

method//

toast/grill/pan fry your bread. slice your tomatoes + mozz. chop basil. add to toast & garnish w tons of basil, oil, salt/pepper.
