greek-spiced meatball power bowl
tastiest lunch or dinner, plus its so easy to make. meatballs are gluten and dairy free!


ingredients//
1 package ground turkey
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried rosemary
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp cinnamon
salt + pepper
1/4 cup almond flour
1 egg
1 package orzo
lettuce
tomato
cucumbers
plain yogurt
olive oil
method //
cook your orzo to package instructions. i like toasting mine first before boiling. add spices, almond flour and egg to your turkey. mix and roll into balls. pan fry over olive oil on medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. make your bowl (lettuce, orzo, tomato, cucumber) and add meatballs on top. i topped mine with some plain yogurt mixed with warm water, salt, pepper, garlic powder, dill and red pepper flakes. ENJOY!
