ingredients//
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2-4 eggs
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp paprika
salt + pepper
method//
add your yogurt and garlic powder to a bowl. mix together. to make jammy eggs — lower eggs to boiling water for 6.5 min, remove and sit in an ice bath for 2 min. peel + cut down the middle. meanwhile, add parsley and chili flakes to a separate bowl. heat oil+butter until browned and add to parsley/chili. then, add salt + pepper + paprika, mix.
add eggs on top of garlic yogurt. chili butter oil on top of it all. fry a piece of bread with some oil and use to dip! don’t forget to sprinkle some dill on top.
