citrus immunity juice

citrus juice > green juice


ingredients //

1 orange, peeled + sliced

1.5 cup pineapple, cubed

1 tsp turmeric powder

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

2 lemons, juiced

2 cups water

a sprinkle of black pepper


method//

add all ingredients to blender and blend. give it a taste test before straining it and add ingredients to taste. add a nut mylk bag to a big bowl and pour the juice into it, strain until all that’s left in the bag is pulp. transfer the juice to a glass and enjoy - store in the fridge for up to 5 days!

*note after you blend + before you strain, add more water to calm the spice/tartness down, or more cayenne to spice it up based on flavor needs. you can add more orange to give it a sweeter flavor, etc. but i like mine tart. then, blend again and strain.
