it’s light, tart, & refreshing. it’s going on be on repeat this ENTIRE warm season!
ingredients//
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz coconut milk (use the cream on top of the can)
1/2 tsp maple syrup (more if you like sweeter)
1.5 limes, juiced
optional: 1-2oz tequila
sparkling water
ice
optional:
limes for dehydrating
salt + sugar + coconut flakes for the rim of the glass!
method//
coat your glass rim with syrup & add salt or salt mixture. place glass in the freezer. meanwhile, add pineapple juice, coconut milk, maple syrup, and limes to a mixer with ice. shake! remove glass from freezer + add ice. pour your marg into the glass + top off with some sparkling water-less is more! add a lime to garnish and enjoy!
